What tools to use / how to use them, the use of different nuts, the nutritional value of the ingredients, how to decorate using a pastry bag and making a beautiful swirl with two different fillings.
The book contains 20 new delicious dessert recipes (of which only one recipe have been published on the blog, the "Spring Equinox cake"). Every recipe have professional photos and a taste description. The recipes are in five sections; cakes, tortes, puddings, cheesecakes and pies, with four recipes each.
